FESTIVALS - PANCAKE DAY

Britons celebrated a special day last Tuesday: Pancake Day or Shrove Tuesday. What is a pancake? Well, it´s a dessert, very similar to our "filloas", made of flour, eggs and milk. Once you have prepared the dough, you have to fry it in a frying-pan, and flip it in the air. The British eat the pancakes with lemon and sugar. Delicious!!!
