Britons don´t celebrate Carnival in February, like us. They dress up on Halloween, which is in October. However, they make delicious pancakes, very similar to our "filloas", mixing flour, eggs and milk, and then frying this dough in a frying-pan, and flipping them in the air. They are so yummy... The British eat them with lemon and sugar. Delicious!!!
They even have a day to make them: Pancake Tuesday or Shrove Tuesday, which was this week.
