BYE FOR NOW

And it is time to say goodbye... After a lot of fun, laughter, games and  tricks, we all deserve the summer holidays. For the ones who go into Primary next school year, just remember that this is not goodbye, it is see you later!!!

And we are in our last week at school... Whar can we do? We can talk about the summer, about all the things we are going to need to enjoy this fantastic season, and about all the activities we are going to do. So... have fun but remember some tips to avoid injuries: always use sun cream, drink a lot of water, eat healthy food, avoid dangerous things and... .enjoy!!!

HEALTHY FOOD

Now that we are learning the food, we have to see how important it is to eat healthy. Do you know which food is the healthiest? Fruit and vegetables, of course! We need to eat 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day. They are full of vitamins and minerals to help us grow. Forget about sugary foods and drinks, they are not good at all. And don´t tell me that you don´t like fruit. There are lots of them, with different flavours and textures. And we can prepare a delicious fruit salad. So remember... 5 a day!

And after learning so many things in English, it is time to eat! I am hungry, aren´t you? Do you fancy going on a picnic? I love picnics.. they are so exciting! We have to prepare a basket with all the things we are going to need: a tablecloth, serviettes, plates, glasses, forks, ... and food and drinks, of course. I think Cookie is coming too. Great!!! He can carry the basket...
