FRUIT
Fruit is one of the healthiest foods we can have, that´s why it is so important to include it on our daily diet. We cannot forget that we should take 5 pieces of fruits and vegetables a day. Remember this:

MORNING SNACKS
It is very important not to forget our morning snack when we go to school. To help you choose a healthy one, we have a different snack according to the day of the week:
Monday: biscuits and cereal
Tuesday: dairy products (yoghurt, cheese)
Wednesday: fruit
Thursday: sandwich
Friday: your favourite snack
Eating healthy food is essential to grow strong and have enough energy to do our daily activities. Do you think Steve is eating healthy snacks? Take a look...

MORNING ROUTINES
Today Cookie didn´t remember his morning routines, I mean all the actions he has to do before coming to school. They are so easy, aren´t they? First, we have to get dressed, and then wash our face and comb our hair. Later it is time to have breakfast and brush our teeth. Then... Well, I think it will be better to remember them singing this song: "This is the way".

SCHOOL OBJECTS
It is time to prepare everything we need for school, in particular our classroom objects: pencils, rubbers, books, crayons, scissors, glue, plasticine, ... The list is endless!!!
Try to say the name of all these objects and then watch some of the funniest episodes of Steve and Maggie related to school. That will help you memorise the new vocabulary. Have fun!!!
