CARNIVAL: Pancake Day

Do you like pancakes? I do! They are very similar to our "filloas". Their main ingredients are flour, eggs and milk, and then we have to fry them in a frying-pan and flip them in the air. Difficult!!! But they are so yummy... The British eat them with lemon and sugar. Delicious!!!

They even have a day to make them: Pancake Tuesday or Shrove Tuesday, which was this week.
