You all already know that our school has got a programme to promote healthy snacks for break. That´s why we bring a different snack from Monday to Thursday, leaving Friday as a free day to choose what you want to eat. Let me think: biscuits and cereals on Mondays, dairy products on Tuesdays, fruit on Wednesday and sandwich on Thursdays. Remember the importance of eating healthy for your body.
