UNIT 3 - BODY: Sweet dreams

We have already mentioned some habits to be healthy: exercise, eat fruits and veggies, drink water and keep your personal hygiene. Today we will remember that it is extremely important to get enough sleep every day to do our daily activities and have sweet dreams. We need to give our boy a rest, but especially, to our brain, which is terribly busy during the day. Did you know that you grow when you sleep? Yes! And there are other curious things that happen while you are sleeping. Let´s see...



1.- First, let´s see a video about the importance of sleeping and of maintain a slepping routine:
