MORNING SNACK

Another thing to remember is to take our morning snack to school. It´s very important to follow the schedule we have at school.
Mondays: biscuits and cerals
Tuesday: dairy products (yoghurt, cheese)
Wednesday: fruit
Thursday: sandwich
Friday: free (you choose)
This way we are sure that our snack is healthy to grow strong. Look at what happened to Steve!!!

MORNING ROUTINES

We need to get up early again to be on time at school. Let´s remember our morning routines before leaving home. We have to wash our faces, comb our hair, have breakfast, brush our teeth, get dressed and go to school. It´s easier if we sing a song. Ready?
