What do you have in your schoolbag? Cookie showed us all his classroom objects today: a pencil, a pen, a rubber, scissors, a ruler, plasticine, crayons, a glue stick, ... But we explained him that we don´t have any of those in the bags, because the teacher lends us all the materials we need. We have our snacks instead.

We are back again! Once more, after a long summer, it´s time to say hello to school and get ready for a new exciting year. The worst part is to get up early in the morning and all the routines we all must do before going to school. Do you remember them? And we are in our last week at school... Whar can we do? We can talk about the summer, about all the things we are going to need to enjoy this fantastic season, and about all the activities we are going to do. So... have fun but remember some tips to avoid injuries: always use sun cream, drink a lot of water, eat healthy food, avoid dangerous things and... .enjoy!!!

Now that we are learning the food, we have to see how important it is to eat healthy. Do you know which food is the healthiest? Fruit and vegetables, of course! We need to eat 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day. They are full of vitamins and minerals to help us grow. Forget about sugary foods and drinks, they are not good at all. And don´t tell me that you don´t like fruit. There are lots of them, with different flavours and textures. And we can prepare a delicious fruit salad. So remember... 5 a day!
