You all know that Carnival is not celebrated in the UK. However, they make delicious pancakes, very similar to our "filloas". Their main ingredients are flour, eggs and milk, and then we have to fry them in a frying-pan and flip them in the air. Difficult!!! But they are so yummy... The British eat them with lemon and sugar. Delicious!!! They even have a day to make them: Pancake Tuesday or Shrove Tuesday, which was this week.
