MORNING SNACK

Another thing to remember is to take our morning snack to school. It´s very important to follow the schedule we have at school.
Mondays: biscuits and cerals
Tuesday: dairy products (yoghurt, cheese)
Wednesday: fruit
Thursday: sandwich
Friday: free (you choose)
This way we are sure that our snack is healthy to grow strong. Look at what happened to Steve!!!
