As you know, Cookie got a teddy bear for Christmas, but not an ordinary one, the famous Paddington Bear. Don´t you know who he is? Listen carefully...

Paddington Bear came to London from Peru, where he lived in the jungle. He was adopted by a family after reading the tag around his neck saying "Please look after this bear, thank you", and now he lives happily with them in beautiful house, although he always gets into trouble. He wears a blue duffle coat and a red hat, and he loves marmelade. Does it ring a bell? Take a look and see...

SANTA

Red hat, white beard, twinkle in his eyes... Don´t you know? A fat old man with a big tummy and a bell in his hand saying "Ho ho ho". SANTA is his name or Father Christmas!!! He lives in Lapland with his reindeers and his helpers, the elves. At this moment, he is very busy preparing the presents for all the kids around the world. But ... look!!! He has got a message for you. Listen and watch...

Now it is time to do our wishing list and write the letter to Santa. Have you been naughty or nice? Remember that Santa writes your name in a list, so try to behave yourself these last days. The elf on the shelf is watching you...

TO DO LIST

Christmas is nearly here and there are lots to do: decorate the Christmas tree, complete my wish list, write a letter to Santa, bake some Christmas cookies, learn a carol, ... Don´t panic!!! The first thing is to put up the Christmas tree with  bells, baubles, candy canes, tinsel, lights and a star on top. Did you know that in the UK many people prefer an angel or a fairy instead of a star? 
We can also practise some carols. Why don´t we start by singing "We wish you a merry Christmas? 

ADVENT CALENDAR

It´s the first of December, so we can start opening our advent calendar and discover a surprise every day. This is a good way to know how many days are left until Christmas. I cannot wait. But remember to open just one window a day. Don´t cheat!!!

AUTUMN IS HERE

Have you noticed it? It is cooler and windier, the days are much shorter and the animals collect food for the winter. Yes! We are in the autumn, one of my favourite seasons. Do you remember the autumnal colours? Can you explain what happens to the leaves in autumn? What foods can we eat during this season? UNDER THE SEA

Yesterday we went to the school concert hall to see a play in English: "Under the sea", by Face2Face Theatre Company. We met Milly the Mermaid and her friend Sam Seahorse. And we enjoyed with the funny adventures they experienced with their friends. We visited the Sea Queen, whose face was quite familiar, and we all escaped from a hungry shark!!! 

We must thank the ANPA Milnenos for giving us the chance to attend to such a fantastic show. We really appreciate it.
