FEELING ILL

It is very important to take care of your body. You need to eat properly, do exercise, sleep enough time, have a shower every day, and visit the doctor for a check-up. Nobody likes to be ill because you feel terribly bad, don´t you? Just as well this week doctor Rose came to school to give us a proper check-up. And she even had an injection for every one of us!!!

PANCAKE DAY

You all know that Carnival is not celebrated in the UK. However, they make delicious pancakes, very similar to our "filloas". This week we have learned what their main ingredients are (flour, eggs and milk) and that we have to fry them in a frying-pan and flip them in the air. Difficult!!! But they are so yummy... The British eat them with lemon and sugar. Delicious!!!

CARNIVAL TIME!!!

It´s Carnival time!!! Who will you be this year? Remember that there are many kinds of clothes and accesories you can use for your fancy dress costume: hats, masks, wigs, moustaches and beards, crowns, capes, glasses, ... This way you can be a pirate, a clown, a princess, an astronaut, a doctor, a knight, a chef, ...Take a look...

A MONSTER FACE

Crazy monster face!!!! How many eyes has a monster got? How many noses? And mouths? And ears? This is madness!!!

P IS FOR PEACE

P is for PEACE. And the word PEACE has got 5 letters. 5 letters that mean many things: friendship, hope, love, care, tolerance, sharing, ... Let´s celebrate PEACE together!!!

MY SNOWMAN

Do you fancy building a snowman? It´s easy-peasy! We only need two balls of snow: one big for the body and one small for its head. And then we have to decorate it with two eyes, a nose, a mouth, two arms and some accesories such as a hat, a scarf, buttons, ...  And meanwhile we can sing along!

SNOWFLAKES

One of my favourites winter activities is to play with snowflakes. It is so funny to try to catch them with your mouth... And there is a lovely song about them. Come on! Sing along!

WINTER IS BACK

Winter is back.... We can feel it in the air. It´s much colder and we must wear our scarves, wollies, boots and gloves. And it even snows in many places, but not where we live. What a pity! But winter has also got its charm. We can do lots of funny activities. Have a look...
