WORLD BOOK DAY

Today, April 23rd, is World Book Day. We all have our favourite stories. I can´t say which one is my favourite because I have hundreds. But what I know is that a book is a very good friend. It helps you, it makes you laugh or cry... Have a look at this video of Sesame Street. Two aliens discover a book. Funny!

EARTH DAY

Today, April 22nd, is Earth Day. It´s a day to be concious about our planet and how we can help to protect it. If you have a look at this video, you will know the Little Earth Charter, 8 principles for a better world. The first one is LIFE and it means to respect all living things, no matter how big or small they are. Now, repeat after me:
"I pledge to respect and care all living things, no matter how big or small"

Well done!

JUNGLE FEVER WAS A SUCCESS!

Yes! Jungle Fever was a success! We all enjoyed with the adventures of Tam in the jungle. We had to sing, dance, run, swim, ... but, above all, we had to speak English! Take a look at these pictures to remember the great time we spent...

JUNGLE FEVER

Next week we will all go to see a play in English in the Primary auditorium. Its title is "Jungle Fever". As you already know, the story is about a girl, Tam, who lives in the jungle with her friend Oscar Ostrich. One day they are very hungry so they go fishing to the river and they catch 3 fish! But the lion is hungry too and takes their food... Are they going to recuperate their fish? How?
Take a look at this fantastic presentation made by the English teacher Carmen Casanova. Go over the vocabulary and enjoy the wonderful song./span>
